Over the past few months, Rowley | Rowley Hardware, Inc. has been hard at work negotiating our Dallas, TX warehouse freight rates to try to mitigate the impact on your business due to increased surcharges, container and fuel costs that are currently driving up rates across all shipment options.
All standard size orders, shipping FOB Dallas, TX, will ship using the normal guidelines via UPS or Fed Ex Ground. The average transit time is 3-7 business days. Three Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air services may be requested for an additional fee. Expedited shipments are not available in all areas.
Effective May 1st, 2022, the following oversized freight rates will go into effect for all Decorative Drapery Hardware shipments out of our Dallas, TX warehouse facility:

Lengths over 96”-144” and SRP value under $3,500
Lengths over 144”-192” and SRP value under $3,500
An additional $300.00 Surcharge applies when shipping to: Montana, Wyoming, Idaho

Three Day Select, Second-Day, or Next-Day Air services may be requested. Poles over 96" MUST be shipped by common carrier. Shipments exceeding these limits will require a special freight quote. Expedited shipments are not available in all areas. Any additional charges for expedited shipments will be in addition to the published net fees.
The following orders will be subject to actual freight costs:
Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Puerto Rico, or any international destination.
Orders with poles or tracks exceeding 96" in length
Orders that exceed a $2,500 SRP
Packaging Fees (NET Fees)
A net packaging fee of $10.00 per order will apply to any order that has a pole. A net packaging fee of $10.00 will apply to any order with a traverse rod less than 16 feet. The net packaging fee increases to $25.00 for all orders with rods with returns; motorized traverse track; or poles, rods, and corded traversing track 16 feet or longer.
Damaged Goods & Freight Claims
Immediately upon receipt, your order should be inspected to ensure that there is no damage from shipping. To report a claim, contact your Finial Company distributor. Damage and freight claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Claims reported after 15 days will not be accepted. To expedite the claim process, please provide your distributor with the following information: purchase order number, Finial Company order number, shipping phone number and address, a complete list of damaged items, and a picture of the box/packaging. Freight companies require all packaging materials and damaged items to be kept for inspection. Merchandise damaged in shipping will be replaced. Our policy is that we replace damaged products per the original order. Please note on the Bill of Lading if there is any possibility of damage. If shipping through a 3rd party, the distributor is responsible for claiming damages and the remakes will be at a charge.
